Due to www.koeringfurniture.com's products being custom made and presented as one of a kind specifically for the purchaser, the purchaser thus understands www.koeringfurniture.com's products are irreplaceable. By purchasing from this site you agree to the Terms of Service and Return Policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Handling fees are included in complete shipping price on www.koeringfurniture.com. Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 4 business days. A tracking code will be issued to the email you provided. Average shipping time is 2-4 business days. Koering Custom Furniture will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at: jon@koeringcustom.com
