The process from start to finish:

- Initial consultation: discuss needs and approximate cost.

- 10% retainer or minimum of $250 down to begin designs and drawings.

- Agreement of final design, materials, cost and submission of signed drawings.

- 50% deposit (minus initial 10% retainer).

- Production, including status reports and photos of project.

- 40% due upon completion report and photo.

- Final 10% due upon delivery.
